Any prizes, wagers, or entry fees governed by pool administrators are their sole responsibility and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. PerfectSixPools.app does not handle, collect, or distribute prize money or entry fees.

3. Eligibility

4. User Accounts

5. Pool Administration

If you create and administer a pool ("Pool Administrator"), you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the operation of your pool, including compliance with all applicable laws regarding contests and sweepstakes. PerfectSixPools.app disclaims all liability for the administration of individual pools.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose, including illegal gambling.
